At Naysan.store, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with returns and refunds.
Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Certain products, such as intimate wear, swimwear, clearance items, or personalized items, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Naysan.store will cover the return shipping fee.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, orders may already be processed/shipped and cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@naysan.store with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
How to Start a Return
