Refund & Returns Policy – Naysan.store

At Naysan.store, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with returns and refunds.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Certain products, such as intimate wear, swimwear, clearance items, or personalized items, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.


Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Naysan.store will cover the return shipping fee.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, orders may already be processed/shipped and cannot be canceled.


Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@naysan.store with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@naysan.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us in secure packaging.
